Questions

What people ask before they hire us

How much does land clearing cost per acre around Ocala?
Most Marion County lots run $1,800–$4,500 per acre. Light palmetto and scrub sits at the low end; heavy timber, big root balls, and haul-off instead of on-site burning push it up. You get a written number before we start, not a surprise at the end.
Do you handle the burn permit or the debris?
Both. Where the county allows it we burn on site under permit. Where it doesn't, we haul everything off and dispose of it. Either way, the debris is our problem, not yours.
How soon can you start?
We usually walk the property within a couple of days of your call and can start most jobs within one to two weeks. Storm cleanup and dangerous trees get moved to the front of the line.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed and insured family business, and we'll provide our certificate of insurance on request before any equipment rolls onto your property.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our own crew runs our own equipment. One point of contact from the estimate through the final walkthrough.
Will heavy equipment tear up my driveway or yard?
We plan access before the machines arrive, use track equipment where ground pressure matters, and repair any ruts we make. We clean the site at the end of every day.
