Objections

Permits, pricing, and the fine print

Do I need a permit for land clearing or demolition in Marion County?
Often yes — demolition and larger clearing jobs usually need a county permit, and open burning needs a Florida Forest Service authorization. We'll tell you what your specific job requires and handle the paperwork we're able to pull on your behalf.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes. Selective clearing is most of what we do out here. Flag the oaks and shade trees you want and we'll work around them, including root protection where it matters.
Is it cheaper to mulch or to haul the debris off?
Forestry mulching is usually cheaper because nothing leaves the property — the material becomes ground cover. Haul-off costs more but leaves bare, workable dirt. We'll price both if you're unsure.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We don't finance in-house. Most jobs are billed with a deposit at the start and the balance on completion. We'll never ask for full payment up front.
What's covered by your warranty?
We stand behind our grading and base work — if a pad or drive settles or holds water because of how we built it, we come back and correct it. Ask us for the specific terms in writing with your estimate.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the property and we'll tell you straight — including when the answer is 'you don't need us yet'.
